Professional Experience

Mr. Eric A. Kuzdenyi graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 1973 with a B.A. degree in Pre-Law, and received his Juris Doctor degree in 1979 from San Fernando Valley College Of Law. During law school, Mr. Kuzdenyi was on the staff of the school’s Law Review. Mr. Kuzdenyi was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1980, and remains an active member in good standing, and is licensed to practice before all Courts in the State of California and in the Central and Northern Districts of California of the United States District Court.

Mr. Kuzdenyi has a wealth of legal experience in the areas of general civil litigation, personal injury, business litigation, real estate litigation, employment and labor law and commercial law and including transactional aspects of those areas of practice.
